Researches at MIT have thousands of images of TB bacteria undergoing multiplication. Hidden Somewhere in these photos is the key to finding a cure for the illness.

But the task of analyzing them all would take many many years.

Crowdsourcing uses the power of the online community to undertake tasks hat would otherwise be impossible.

Crowdflower.com has one million users in 90 countries. It ususally provides service to large coporations. The team at MIT are using the wisdom of the crowd to analysis and sanitize their database of images.
